Weight loss with ketogenic diet / weight loss week 3

Hello guys

I use a ketogenic diet for weight loss and overall health because it is the diet that enables weight loss for me. This diet gives me good energy, no cravings and effective weight loss.

I eat very simply: vegetables, (fatty) meat, eggs, some dairy avocados, nuts, olive oil and spices. I aim to eat 2 meals per day, but I give myself flexibility to that when I feel I need to eat more frequently. I also enjoy coffee and tea.

My ablosute baseline kcal and macros are:

2340 kcal

167 grams of fat

20 grams of carbs

184 grams of protein

I also make sure I get enough micronutrients like tryptophan, magnesium, calcium, glycine, potassium, omega-3, d-vitamin, zinc and b-vitamin.  

I did 5 workouts, and we walked 4 longer walks with the dog this week.

My weight is now 142,9 kg. My weight loss for the week was 1,4 kg, total weight loss is 8,3 kg which is 13,4% of total loss target. There is still 53,7 kg to go.
