I have made some needed changes in my life to make it more enjoyable. Among other things, this new lifestyle should result in weight loss. My life includes a ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting with 2 meals a day, 4 to 5 short home workouts per week, walks with my dog and enough rest.
I am almost 40 years old male. My starting weight one week ago was 151,2 kg. I want to weigh less than 90 kg. So, the target is to lose 62 kg within 1 year.
My height is 180 cm, so my starting BMI was 46,7. My target BMI is 27,5 which is still in the category of overweight, but I feel this is the right target that allows me to be at my best.
Weight loss for the week was 5,5 kg (I know, mostly water weight), the jacket fits much better already. I did 5 workouts, my dog had surgery and is recovering, so no long walks. It is good to continue from here.
